1. All charges will appear as Culpepper Knife Works on your statement. Please note that our Retail Store is "Old School Knife Works" and sometimes charges show up as this on Paypal.
2. All merchandise is 100% refundable pending the following:
♦ Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to receive full credit. Returns must be received within 30 days of original invoice. After 30 days, store credit will be issued minus original shipping charges.
- All returns must be sent back in the original way they were received.
- Most packages are sent via First Class Mail.
♦ Returns must be in original new (unused) condition.
♦ Merchandise returns will be completely refunded minus shipping within 3 days of our receipt credited to original credit card number. Returned shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
♦ Any order that is shipped with a promo code for free shipping, if all or part is returned, which would disqualify it for free shipping because of order total, will be charged original shipping costs.
♦ Should an exchange be requested, payment must be provided in order to process a shipment without receiving returned merchandise. Once returned merchandise is received, payment will be credited.
♦ A $10.00 USPS wrong delivery address charge will be assessed to customers who provide inaccurate address information.
4. In the event that merchandise is believed to be defective (does not apply to natural materials), replacement merchandise will be awarded at no additional charge including shipping, if the following hold true:
♦ Merchandise defect is the fault of manufacturing.
