Made from heavy gauge high carbon steel. The rugged look of these hand ground blades will make this knife a showpiece as well as being an extremely useful kitchen tool. Overall length 11 1/2" x 7" blade x 1 1/4" wide x 3/32" thick. Use 5/16" cutlery rivets or 1/8" pins.
